Abstract
This regulation prohibits sheep producers or keepers in Iceland from feeding sheep with genetically modified feed. It defines genetically modified feed as feed containing, consisting of, or being produced from genetically modified organisms, and states that the purpose of the ban is to strengthen the competitiveness of Icelandic sheep products.
