Abstract
With this Law the President of the Republic is authorized to ratify the Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, adopted in Kigali on October 15, 2016. The Law also sets provisions regarding the financial coverage inherent to this ratification.
