Abstract
According to the provisions of this Act aquaculture is considered as falling under the agricultural sector. Therefore, article 2135 of the Civil Code (regarding entrepreneurial activity) is applicable to individuals and entities engaged in freshwater aquaculture and mariculture and other related activities.
