Act No. 239 on energy.

This Act lays down provisions to rearrange the energy sector at the national level and defines the objectives of the national energy policy. Moreover, it sets out the principles which govern energy production, marketing and transport, taking into particular account the need to protect the environment and public health. Further provisions concern the distribution of administrative functions at the central and local levels.
