Act No. 82 implementing the European Community provisions on the common organization of the market in wine.

By way of implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999, this Act lays down provisions concerning the common organization of the market in wine. The rules concern requirements to be met by musts and wine products, with particular regard to alcoholic strength, oenological practices and processes, packaging, labelling and transport conditions. Further provisions regard standards for vinegar. Final provisions establish administrative sanctions.
