Cereal sector Plan.

The Plan aims to achieve the following strategic objectives: 1) support the competitiveness of cereal companies with removal policies of the main constrains along the supply chain. This objective can be pursued with an integrated approach, acting on: demand and supply; strengthening national production, in terms of quantity and quality; creation of new supply chain agreements and framework contracts; economic cooperation among businesses throughout the supply chain. 2) modernization of the sector with regulatory interventions and innovation processes, designed to support the sector in achieving the objectives of the new CAP; 3) upgrading and modernization of infrastructure and logistics; 4) research 5) promote knowledge and participation in foreign markets.
