Abstract
The Circular, taking into account the packaging and labels material production slowdown due to COVID-19 emergency situation, authorises companies to use within the current year, the packaging and labels in stock in temporary derogation to the Regulation (EU) 2018/775 and other labelling obligations regarding the indication of the primary ingredient.
