Circular No. 6220580 concerning the authorizations to bivalve mollusc fishing.

The sub-committee for bivalve molluscs has established the following criteria for the granting of the authorizations: (a) years of experience of the fishermen; (b) registration in register of fishermen; (c) age of the fishermen; (d) three years registration in the register of fishermen and fising enterprises of the maritime district in which the authorization is to be issued. The application for the authorization, together with all the information required, shall be submitted to the Ministry for the Merchant Marine within 30 days from the publication of the present Circular.
