Abstract
This Legislative Decree contains the list of urgent measures for the prevention of hydrogeological risk and for the areas affected by landslides on the territory of the Campania region (Republic of Italy).
See article 1 for plans for protection from hydro-geological risk and prevention measures for risk areas; strengthening of technical structures for soil protection and environmental protection is laid down in article 2; issues on production plant plans and relocation of production activities are defined in article 4; measures in favor of the cultivation property are listed in article 5 (bis); protection of mountain areas and agro-forestry activities is object of article 7; and for related financial arrangements see article 8.
