This Decree provides for several amending provisions to the Decree 12272 implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organization of the markets in agricultural products.
These amendments are related to the system of authorizations for vine plantings/plantations, that are updated with issues and rules contained in new standards and European Union documents that were adopted by the Italian administration and legal system.
