Decree 15 February 2019. Update of the determination of the good environmental status of the marine waters and definition of environmental goals.

This Decree establishes, in Annex I, the requirements of the good environmental status of marine waters, referred to in art. 9, paragraph 3, of the legislative decree of 3 October 2010, n. 190. The environmental goals necessary to achieve good environmental status, pursuant to art. 10, paragraph 1 of the same Decree, are set in Annex II.
The Annexes are organized through a series of Descriptors, the attainment of which are assessed on the basis of specified targets.
