Abstract
This Decree, by taking into account the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 relating to fertilisers, and other documents as listed at the beginning of this publication, amends the Annexes 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 of the Legislative Decree 29 April 2010, n. 75, containing: «Reorganization and revision of the discipline concerning fertilizers, pursuant to article 13 of the Law of 7 July 2009, n. 88 Provisions for the fulfillment of obligations deriving from Italy's membership in European Communities (EU Law 2008).
