Abstract
This Decree determines the official extension of the fishing authorization as regards the capture of razor clams (bivalve molluscs) within 0.3 miles from the coast (sea domain of the Republic of Italy).
The rules here established are also in accordance with the provisions stipulated by the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy, including all listed amending Regulations.
