Abstract
This Decree (as approved by several related documents listed in the text) approves and officially adopts the implementation of specific fishing rules, part of the rules brought by the National fleet management plans as regards the fishing fleets for the capture of demersal resources in the context of geographical sub-areas as follows: GSA 9 (Ligurian Sea and Central-Northern Tyrrhenian Sea); GSA 17 and 18 (Central-Northern Adriatic Sea and Southern Adriatic Sea) and GSA 19 (Western Ionian Sea).
The period of observance of the implementation of these fishing related plans will be from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2020.
