Abstract
The Decree, with the aim of supporting the production of electricity from renewable sources, here determines the incentives and modalities of the promotion of the objectives set out in the Italian renewable energy action plans.
The main purpose of this text is to support the production of electricity from renewable sources if different form photovoltaic, by implementing the sustainability of the costs of incentives as an adequate principle necessary for the promotion of the renewable energy sector (as previously implemented by the Legislative Decree 3 March 2011, n. 28, providing incentives for the production of electricity from plants with renewable sources other than photovoltaic).
