Decree of 7 March 1992 making technical provisions for the implementation of Act of 5 February 1992, No. 72, concerning the National Fishery Solidarity Fund.

The Decree establishes the procedure to be followed in order to obtain the financing in case of natural disaster and environmental exceptional adversity. It states also the maximum contribution to be paid by fishing vessels, on the basis of their gross tonnage, and by enterprises engaged in aquaculture, shellfish culture or mussel culture.
