Abstract
The Decree establishes the tolerable level of mercury, the methods of analysis and sampling plans to be applied to fresh and frozen products produced in the national territory, in the Community and in third countries. It consists of 4 articles and 2 annexes, concerning, respectively, the list of fish species and methods for the analysis of fish products.
