Decree August 7, 2020. Implementing rules for the specific fishery in the Pomo Pit.

This Decree describes the application procedure and requirements to obtain a specific authorization for fishing in the "Pomo Pit".
It also establishes the timing for the updating of the list of naval units authorized to the commercial exploitation of the living marine resources of the "Pomo Pit" as well as the cancellation from the list.
The Decree further sets up provisions concerning the issuance, validity, forfeiture, revocation, suspension and renewal of the specific authorization to fish in the "Pomo Pit".
