Abstract
In implementation of Decision 2012/535/EU, this Decree lays down at the national level emergency measures to prevent the spread within the Italian territory of the pine wood nematode (PWN). The Regional Phytosanitary Services shall be responsible for carrying out annual assessments to verify the presence of PWN.
