Abstract
This decree describes the procedure that the interested parties must follow in order to obtain the authorization to fish for albacore. The application must contain details on the effective quantity fished during the period from January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2016: it must exceed 750 kilogrammes.
Beside the issuance, the Decree further regulates the validity and renewal of the authorization for the professional fishing of albacore.
It also provide a list of units authorized for professional fishing of albacore and provides rules and technical measures for the professional fishing of albacore.
