Abstract
The Decree approves the Guidelines under Attachment 1; the Guidelines identify measures (18 measures) and related selection criteria for reducing the risks arising from the use of plant protection products for the purpose of protecting the aquatic environment, drinking water and biodiversity.
The measures can be classified into three groups. 1) Measures to mitigate the risks associated with drift, runoff and leaching of plant protection products, as well as their imitation/replacement/elimination for the purpose of protecting the aquatic environment and drinking water. 2) Specific risk mitigation measures, which can be included in management plans and in the conservation measures of Natura 2000. 3) Complementary measures.
