Decree implementing Commission Directive 2002/27/EC of 13 March 2002 laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs.

In implementation of Directive 2002/27/EC, this Decree lays down some amendments to Ministerial Decree of 23 December 2000. In particular, Annexes I and II to that Decree, concerning on the one hand methods of sampling for official checks on the levels of aflatoxins in certain foodstuffs and, on the other hand, criteria for methods of analysis used in official checking of the levels of aflatoxins in certain foodstuffs, are amended in accordance with this Decree.
