Abstract
The present Decree provides for the payment of an allowance granted by the Ministry of the Merchant Marine in favour of the fishermen in possession of fishing licences, issued according to the provisions of article 4 of Act of 17 February 1982, No. 41, for the period during which fishing with drifting gill nets has been prohibited.
