Abstract
The present Decree makes provision relating to the submission of grape harvest and wine production declarations, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1282/2001 concerning the gathering of information to identify wine products and to monitor the wine market. The Agency for Agricultural Subsidies (AGEA) shall be responsible for drawing up the models of such declarations.
