Abstract
Pursuant to Decision 2003/766/EC, the present Decree establishes particular emergency measures to be implemented with a view to preventing the spread of Diabrotica virgifera virgifera Le Conte. Surveys shall be performed by the regional phytosanitary services as per article 1. When the results of such surveys confirm the presence of the organism, demarcated zones shall be defined according to the provisions laid down in article 2.
