Abstract
Consortia among enterprises engaged in bivalve mollusc fishing, as provided Decree No. 44 of 1995 and Decree No. 515 of 1998, are hereby entrusted with the functions concerning the management and protection of bivalve molluscs in the high seas. Provisions concerning the fishing gear allowed are laid down as well.
