Abstract
According to article 14(3) of Directive 2003/87/EC, Member States of the European Community must ensure that each operator of an installation reports the emissions from that installation during each calendar year to the competent authority. This Decree establishes rules applicable to the examination of reports submitted by Italy concerning emissions.
