Abstract
This Decree distributes among the fishing system the total quota (4745.34 tons) allocated to Italy for the fishing year 2022.
The Decree further sets a prohibition to land or transship bluefin tuna at ports other than designated ports.
It also provides, in case of failure to reach the originally allocated quota, for the reallocation of unused quantity to the system concerned, subject only to the existence of the factual and legal prerequisites for continuing the fishing year.
