Abstract
This Decree sets up restrictions on the number of days that vessels actively fishing stocks of small pelagics in the Mediterranean can fish: they cannot exceed twenty days per month and one hundred and eighty per year.
The Decree further sets a prohibition of fishing stocks of small pelagics in the waters of the Adriatic Sea from April 1 up to and including December 31 and establishes additional periods of spatio-temporal closure of fishing activity.
In general the Decree foresees a progressive reduction of active fishing of small pelagic stocks in the Adriatic.
