Decree no. 148 from 1 July 2016, Regulation laying down criteria and procedures for the assessment of the major accident with particular dangerous substance, for the purposes of communication to the European Commission, as referred to in article 4 of Legislative Decree no. 105.

This Decree sets the necessary terms and procedures for the mandatory evaluation and assessment of the risk due to a possible major hazardous substance related accident, in relation to the prescribed obligation of the direct communication with the competent European Union bodies and institutions (also defined by other national and European Council Directives, listed in the is text).
