Abstract
This Decree, with a reference to the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the common organization of the agricultural product markets, sets the provisions for the establishment and functioning of the Single National Commissions (here denominated as CUN) for the most representative branches of the agro-food system (present on the territory of the Republic of Italy).
The terms and limits here stipulated are in accordance/integration with many other national and European Council Directives, as listed in the text.
