Abstract
This Decree sets up the national list of vessels authorized to the dolphinfish (Coryphaena hippurus) fishing, conducted with the use of fish aggregating devices ("FADs").
It further describes the procedure shipowners or owners of shipping vessels need to follow in order to obtain inclusion on the list.
The Decree also describes the renewal procedure and the annual revision modes.
