Abstract
This Decree here officially establishes the Italian national Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. This kind of state institution shall govern and shall exercise all necessary task in relation to national infrastructures and transport in general, including maritime and inland water transport.
This Ministry shall consist of two departments as follows: Department for infrastructure, information systems and statistics; and Department of transport, navigation, general business and personnel.
In article 4 of this text, also dams and waters, water infrastructures and electricity infrastructures are listed as issues of competence of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
