Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers 20 February 2019. Approval of the National Plan for Hydrogeological Risk Mitigation, and Restoration and Protection of Environmental Resources.

This Decree adopts the National Plan for the mitigation of the hydrogeological risk, the restoration and protection of the environmental resources. The Plan is contained in the Annex A to the Decree, which forms part of it.
The Plan is structured in the following areas and intervention measures: a) emergency measures; b)prevention measures; c) maintenance and restoration measures; d) simplification measures; e) governance strengthening and organizational measures.
The Plan contains a framework concerning the recruitment needs, the breakdown relating to the aforementioned areas and intervention measures; the summary of financial resources available; the distribution of operational loads and the action plan; the governance; the schedule of activities; the expected results, also with regard to social and economic benefits; a transparent selection of interventions; a reporting, monitoring and management control system.
Annex B contains the analytic prospectus of the available resources. Annex C) provides guidelines on process simplification, organizational strengthening and governance.
