Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, 30 May 2019, concerning identification of priority initiatives and criteria to utilize the Guarantee Fund for water works.

The Decree identifies priority initiatives and criteria for allocation of Waterworks Guarantee Fund’s funding. Waterworks Guarantee Fund has the purpose, through the granting of guarantees to investments, to improve and overcome deficit of water infrastructures by supporting a series of initiatives and investments listed under Art. 5. Initiatives are those included in the National Water Plan and those initiatives not yet funded and launched that have been qualified as necessary by the Authority under Deliberation 917/2017/R/IDR that meet certain criteria under A. 5. The other provisions of the Decree regulate Fund management, authorities and fund sustainability.
