Abstract
This Decree defines the criteria and methods for obtaining the financial loans aimed for apiculture sector and here in particular to single or associated beekeepers present and operating on the territory of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, Republic of Italy.
These loans are granted for the following initiatives and purposes: construction, transformation, restructuration, expansion and modernization of premises for the processing of products of own apiaries; purchase of machinery and equipment for the operation of the apiculture activities, including the machineries and other equipment for own product processing, with exclusion of vehicles; and purchase of beehives and families of bees.
This text further determines the ineligible costs (article 5); loan types and rates, minimum costs (article 6); procedure for the submission of applications/requests (articles 7 and 8); obligations of the beneficiary (11); and provisions on ban on cumulation of financial aid (12).
