Decree of the President of the Regional Council No. 9/R defining the zones vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin and laying down the related action programme.

In implementation of Regional Act No. 61 of 2000, this Presidential Decree defines those zones falling within the regional territory that are to be considered as vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin (Annex A). The particular measures laid down in Annex B (along with the provisions contained in the Code of good agricultural practice approved by Ministerial Decree of 19 April 1999) shall be applied as from 1 January 2003 to the zones indicated in Annex A. Particular measures concern the management of fertilization.
