Decree of the President of the Regional Executive No. 10 concerning the procedure for the issue of concessions for diversion of public waters.

All uses of public waters, both surface and undergound, shall be subjected to the prior issue of a concession, with the exception of the specific uses mentioned by article 2 (1), such as domestic uses and uses of rainwater. Uses of public waters are classified, according to article 3, into (1) agricultural uses, (2) civil uses, (3) domestic uses, (4) energetic uses, (5) potable uses, (6) fish farming, (7) production of goods and services, (8) zootechnical uses. The present Decree describes with detail the procedure to be followed for the issue of the concessions required.
