Abstract
This Decree lays down safeguard measures concerning surface and underground waters supplied for human consumption. Safeguard areas shall be set up for purposes of ensuring a high level of protection of human health (arts. 3 and 4). The Decree specifies the activities which shall be prohibited in those areas.
