Abstract
These provisions implement article 8 bis of Regional Act No. 81 of 1995 on water resources, which regards the interventions to be undertaken by the regional authority to reduce water consumption and ensure the rational exploitation of water resources. These measures include the prohibition of intake of water for certain purposes (other than use of potable water for hygienic reasons) and the definition of priorities.
