Abstract
This Decree was adopted in implementation of articles 146 (2) and 159 (1) of Legislative Decree No. 42 of 2004, which lays down the Code on Cultural Heritage and Landscape. The Decree sets out guidelines relating to the drawing up of the report on landscape which shall accompany the application for the issue of the authorization required.
