Abstract
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013, this Decree lays down national rules concerning the recognition of producers organizations as well as the control, suspension and revocation of such recognition. These provisions regard organizations engaged in the production of the agricultural products listed under article 1, paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013, except for olive oil, fruit and vegetable products.
