Abstract
This Law, in order to ensure full integration of specific European Union rules into the Italian national legal system, here adopts the provisions concerning the compliance of certain obligations due to the membership of Italy to the European Union. Article 10 amends issues part of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 27 amending and supplementing Legislative Decree No. 31 of 2 February 2001 implementing Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption.
Amended provisions (see article 10) are related to the water packed in bottles or containers, available for human consumption.
