Abstract
The Law converts the Decree-law 19/2020 into law with the modifications as listed in Annex 1. The following is inserted after article 1: Art. 1-bis (Extraordinary derogations regarding the resumption of collection activities). - 1. Due to food supply needs, throughout the national territory, limited to the territory of the municipality of residence or in compliance with current legislation, agricultural and wild products hand harvesting is permitted (not woody products) and provided that these activities are carried out individually.
