Law 25 June 2003, n. 155 Provisions governing the distribution of food products for social solidarity purposes.

The Law establishes that the organizations, recognised as non-profit organizations of social utility pursuant to Art. 10 D. Lgs. 460/1997 who distribute food to the most vulnerable, are equated, within the limits of their services, to final consumers, as regards the proper food storage, transport and use. This rule shall ensure the quality and safety of food destined for distribution during the conservation, storage, transportation and use of such food.
