Law 608/1985 ratifying and executing the amendment to Article XXI of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Animals and Plants (1973) approved in Gaborone (Botswana) on 30 April 1983.

The Act gives full and entire execution to the amendment to Article XXI of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Animals and Plants (Washington, 1973) approved in Gaborone (Botswana) on 30 April 1983. Art. XXI is amended to open the Convention for accession to regional economic integration organisations which have the competence in matters transferred to them by their Member States and covered by the Convention.
