Abstract
The Law authorize the President of the Republic is authorized to accede to the Agreement on the Conservation of Migratory Waterbirds of Africa-EURASIA, with Annexes and Tables, made in The Hague on 15 August 1996 and gives full and entire execution to the Agreement starting from the date of its entry into force, in accordance with the provisions of Article XIV of the Agreement itself.
