Abstract
This Law here establishes the Italian national Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Environment.
This text determines the areas of competence, sets out primary tasks and objectives, and regulates the functioning of the above mentioned institution. The purpose of this Law is to grant and enforce several types of initiatives necessary for the protection of historical and artistic heritage of the nation as well as for the protection of its environment, with a special regard for archaeological and natural sites and areas.
