Law Decree 25 September 2009, n. 135 Urgent provisions for the implementation of Community obligations and for the execution of judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Communities converted with Law no. 166.

This Law provides the necessary changes and implementations aimed at grant the compliance with European Union obligations in several sectors, including certain obligations for public entities with economic relevance.
Significant topics covered by this text are as follows: code of public works, services and supplies contracts; urgent measures for the transposition of Directive 2008/101/EC and for the promotion of the environmentalization of companies and technological innovations aimed at protecting the environment and reducing emissions; urgent measures to simplify the management of waste electrical and electronic equipment pursuant to Legislative Decree 25 July 2005, no. 151, implementing the Directives 2002/95/CE, 2002/96/CE and 2003/108/CE, related to the reduction of the use of dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment, as well as to the waste disposal; amendments to Legislative Decree 27 January 1992, n. 109, implementing Directive 89/395/EEC and Directive 89/396/EEC concerning the labelling, presentation and advertising of food products; amendments to Legislative Decree 6 November 2007, n. 193, implementing Directive 2004/41/EC related to controls on food safety and application of Community regulations in the same sector; amendments to the tax provisions on consumption taxes on regenerated lubricating oils (Infringement procedure no. 004/2190); made in Italy and entirely Italian products; sixth General Census of Agriculture.
