Abstract
This Decree establishes a simplified procedure for the authorization to the placing on the market of homeopathic drugs that satisfy the requirements listed in article 2. Moreover, the Decree states all the information regarding the drug to be provided both in the application form and in the label. Further are laid down penalties.
